Delicious and very well elaborated. They have three different menus with many options. Some of the products they use are from the region. Others are from elsewhere but all of them are very well choosen. They combine modern recipes with recipes that date back to the middle ages. An amazing experience in a hidden cozy restaurant. But... They seem to care a lot about people with celiac disease but they don't have many lactose free options.
