We stayed at the B&B Palazzo Boscareto in Corinaldo during the last week of July. The choice was driven by my desire as a gluten-free tourist to find a place that also offered gluten-free breakfast (which, alas, is not taken for granted at all!) so that I wouldn't have to travel with a suitcase full of food! The B&B is included in the guide to facilities affiliated with the Italian Celiac Association regarding dining out and hospitality, and that's where my search started. Never was a search more fruitful! The B&B is located in the center of Corinaldo, a village that is already a gem of beauty in itself. The apartment assigned to us, a studio elegantly furnished with attention to detail, has a small kitchen with a fridge and induction hob. Cleaning is daily and impeccable. The breakfast is always rich and varied, both for gluten-free and non-gluten-free guests. Every day there is a different offering, including sweets and cookies from artisanal pastry. Those who have to follow a gluten-free diet know well how rare an offering of this kind is! If we must find a tiny flaw (if it can be called that!), it lacks the offering of a savory breakfast. The owner, Luana, is kind and very accommodating for every type of need. Besides providing practical, tourist, and cultural information, she suggested restaurants where she knew it was possible to be assured from the gluten-free point of view, and I would like to highlight "I Tigli," just a few steps from the B&B: excellent cuisine in a fantastic location, and also the pleasant surprise of a 10% discount for those staying at Palazzo Boscareto. The same goes for the restaurant Raggiazzurro in Senigallia: culinary proposals of the highest level (even for me!) with a sea view and the guaranteed discount from the agreement with the B&B! Lastly, I also want to mention Luana's great willingness to manage our stay at a beach establishment in Senigallia, the M48 Bath run by Michele, where we were welcomed with kindness and felt like family. Here too, we were able to enjoy a discount! It was a more than positive experience from all points of view, and we will return with great pleasure!
