I believe that the evaluation is excellent. In addition to feeling at home thanks to the hospitality of the hostess Mrs. Nicoletta, I also felt pampered by the entire staff who truly make this hotel in Lido degli Estensi a gem. Strategic location, comfort, charm, high-level services, I admit I am a demanding and attentive person, but I found no faults. The breakfast service was also well-prepared, with consideration for intolerances and a wide variety of options among coffee, drinks, sweet and salty dishes. It's a pity my stay was too short; I promise to return to enjoy some relaxation in the splendid spa and wellness center and savor an aperitif by the pool. The setting is captivating and attended to in every detail, just the way I like it. Finding this quote on the wall of my room made me feel really good. Thanks to the staff, management, and all the women I met who welcome customers in such a meticulous and special way.
