Unfortunately, a lower rating cannot be given. A very serious incident happened to us: we booked and picked up an ice cream cake with decorations that were not disclosed or specified as inedible. Furthermore, part of these decorations was edible and another part was not. The person being celebrated bit into a black ball, thinking, of course, that it was chocolate, only to realize it was plastic; he almost vomited up his entire dinner. Moreover, at the table, there were also two children who fortunately had not yet tasted the cake and we managed to stop them in time. If they had swallowed one of the plastic balls, something very serious could have happened. In response to our report, we were told "I'm sorry" and that it happened during a busy period when they had a lot to manage. So?? Attention and professionalism should never be lacking in such cases. The party was ruined and turned into fear and anger. Unacceptable! I would like to note that the quote was for a lower price than the payment request and that there was too much chocolate.

I was curious to taste your ice creams since your videos always appear on TikTok, and today while passing through Porto Garibaldi I took the opportunity. I must say that when you enter, you breathe a nice atmosphere, the girl who served me was super kind and sweet, she was able to recommend combinations that turned out to be excellent in taste. They have a nice selection of lactose-free products for us intolerant people as well. Recommended gelateria.

Furthermore, there is an unexpected variety of other products, from cups to ice pops, to character-themed ice creams. On the board, for the more indulgent, there are always very special flavors (see attached photo). The quantity is standard, the creamy ice cream begins to melt immediately in the summer heat, the cones are quite plain in thin wafers (I personally prefer the thick waffles for important ice creams with 2-3 scoops and more). According to what I've read, they should also package cups and cakes, but I've never had the chance to see one since almost everyone orders ice cream, popsicle, or mostly granita.
