I returned to Cipriani where I ate my first granita and brioche with the tuppo (already gluten-free at that time), returning after nine years because I haven't eaten equally good granita around Sicily. I confirm that it is my absolute favorite!! Here, the brioche is always served separately from the granita, which is served in a glass, so zero risk of contamination, compared to other places where they stuff the brioche and say goodbye to the possibility of enjoying this delight. A historic place where, besides the delicious food, there is also beauty to see as it is located right in front of the beautiful Basilica of Acireale. 5 stars for this treat and for the safety with which it is served!

Amazing Granita, lots of different flavours to choose from. Definitely recommend the pistachio one. Good gluten free brioche. Lovely area to sit outside the front.
