Totally gluten-free and top gelato! One of the best discoveries in San Vincenzo. Exquisite artisanal gelato, but the fantastic thing is that the entire place is ALL GLUTEN-FREE. Zero anxiety about contamination, perfect gluten-free cones and maximum freedom of choice among all available flavors. For a celiac, it's a dream come true. Highly recommended!
