They have the possibility to make both yogurt and bubble tea, as well as poke, all gluten-free. They have a separate rice cooker dedicated to gluten-free, and all the various ingredients for making yogurt are separate as well. They also have gluten-free soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and other completely gluten-free sauces available.
