Excellent cheese factory in Martina Franca. All their products, from cheeses to cured meats, come from their farm in Putignano, where they also have an agritourism facility. A huge selection of cheeses, including rare ones, all delicious, genuine, and very fresh. Absolutely recommended. Very friendly staff.
