very attentive to gluten-free even if not certified. I had a wine tasting and I took the platter that includes cold cuts, cheeses, jams, fruit, and thin slices all gluten-free and made by them, accompanied by packaged gluten-free crackers. At the time of ordering, simply indicate it and the utmost care will be taken.
