They also have gluten-free piadinas, but there is surely some contamination since they heat them on the same grill where they cook the regular ones. Therefore, it is recommended for those who are not celiac but have an intolerance.

What an ace place! Simple concept, great results! I had the Classico on gluten free bread, fellow diners had the same on standard bread. The perfect lunch. I also had a glass each of the local (unlabelled) red and white wines, both fresh and honest, super-drinkable. This guy was super charming, the whole vibe of the place is independence, integrity and soul!
