The location is so-so. Even though it says everywhere that they make gluten-free pizza (even on the sign outside), in reality, they only make pinza and it's not specified when ordering. The pinza, however, is not bad.

gluten-free Roman pinsa really very good and prepared in a separate kitchen certified by AIC. The location is a bit basic but still clean. The place has a few tables. I recommend making a reservation.

Gluten free, celiac. We were at the fair in town, lost in a desert of grilled foods, bread, and contamination. Searching for a gluten-free meal because of celiac disease. After being bounced from all the food stands, we found this oasis: AIC certifications from 300 AD to today 2024, stuck to the entrance door. We entered and found a smiling gentleman preparing the pizza dough. He washed his hands and prepared two pizzas to take away with the gluten-free dough (+3.50€ on the list price) with a separate oven. Fantastic. The dough was good, the toppings just right. After having tasted gluten-free pizzas in Milan, I can say that the one I had today in a small place in the high Pavese can rival even the most renowned preparations. I wish nothing but the best for this business that has chosen to make this far-sighted choice and has distinguished itself from a simple provincial pizzeria. It also does home deliveries in the surrounding towns.

A small family-run venue. You can enjoy various pizzas that can be made as pinza. The pinza costs a few euros more because the dough used is based on buckwheat, which gives a lightness and excellent digestibility. Each pinza can be requested with whole grain dough and/or gluten-free dough. Additionally, lactose-free mozzarella can be requested. Prices are average.

Small place, just a few tables, probably created for takeout. The pizza is really excellent, served on a wooden board, and even the gluten-free pizza is very good with a wide selection. Informative for AiC! Normal prices!!!!
