I go there once a week to feed the whole family (some intolerant and some not). Pizza, erbazzone, gnocco, and various super tasty snacks... Not to mention the desserts like cream-filled pastries that are amazing. The tortelli and capelletti are better than any other products I've bought at various grocery stores. What I love the most are the cappelletti that naturally release fat into the broth and have a delicious flavor. Highly recommended! And then the friendliness of the owners... Perfect! 🤩

This morning I chose various products: - Delicious Chocolate Cake - SLICE PIZZA one of the best I've ever eaten in my life as a celiac😂! Really delicious and very soft! I'm booking a wagon right away! Still to enjoy: apricot and mixed berry tarts, fresh bread, and a piece of gnocchi (which I froze)! I don’t think it’s fair that if you buy gluten-free cannabis through the health card, you pay an extra €5 per kg without it being stated anywhere. If it doesn’t go through the card, so be it, but I think the money from the ASL should be valued the same as that from a private individual...

Excellent and fresh, made by them: bread, pizza, erbazzone. The owner is kind and every now and then gives us some treats, which is very rare in other shops in Reggio.

I didn't know about this bakery; a colleague told me that some time ago the first bakery producing gluten-free products was opened, and today I went for the first time to Fornoglutine to buy some of their products.. they are exceptional!!! Clear explanations too. I've never eaten anything this good! The explanations provided were also very clear.
