I went to this place precisely because, knowing the bicycle thieves, I had complete trust in both the quality of the pizza and the gluten-free options since my daughter is celiac. From the perspective of pizza quality and preparation, I have no complaints; the pizza is excellent, even in the gluten-free version. My only note is about the waiters who brought the gluten-free pizza after touching the one with gluten, thus contaminating the crust of the gluten-free pizza. I still give 5 stars because I realize that this can happen, but it’s important to raise awareness about simple contamination since it really doesn't take much to undermine all the work and cause issues for those who are gluten intolerant/allergic.
