The pizza arrived 40 minutes late, drowned in tomato sauce and with a badly cooked base, burnt on top and raw underneath. I didn't like it.

I've been ordering here for a while now, the food is good, both the pizzas (including gluten-free) and the fried dishes. Unfortunately, it seems that the service has deteriorated recently; a couple of times there have been some mistakes (wrong or missing products), which can happen, but tonight I had an unpleasant episode during the delivery that, in my opinion, cannot be considered an accident. I provided the address over the phone during the order, which they had already recorded in their contacts, but when the gentleman arrived, he called me and asked for the exact location of the house. I explained it to him, but he annoyedly asked if I could come down to where he was waiting in the car. Now, it wasn’t a matter of kilometers but just the distance of a couple of flights of stairs in the building, and after I went down and met him, he told me that "they usually stop there" (without any apparent reason, which is absolutely not true since they've come right to my door before). Moreover, after delivering the order, the gentleman went back the same way towards my building, so it seems to me that it is just rude behavior, which I am paying for. It's a shame because until now I have enjoyed ordering here and the staff I have seen a few times when picking up my takeout have always seemed friendly, but this incident could affect my future orders.

I have been getting pizza from them for a while and have always found it delicious, especially because they take care of those with lactose intolerances. I ordered pizza again tonight but I was very disappointed. Considering that they are not exactly cheap (and that's fine), but the mozzarella??? What kind of pizza is it without mozzarella? I pay, so I would like more mozzarella; there were just 4 little pieces here and there. It may be a matter of taste, but the pizza for me has to have mozzarella. I'm sorry, but I will go elsewhere.

Takeaway pizza, gluten-free, the best I've ever had. I got two regular pizzas and one gluten-free pizza, simply out of this world, and from what others said, the other two pizzas were great as well. Friendly and nice staff; if I pass by again (because I live out of the area), I will definitely return.
