NB. Restaurant Pizzeria associated with the nearby Tfilis, I had a thin and crispy pizza. Approvedđđź From the menu, it is not possible to have all types of pizzas in gluten-free format, as they cannot guarantee that the toppings are gluten-free. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming as it significantly limits customer choice. Reasonable price and good service.đâď¸

Manitoba Pizzeria is a hidden gem in Genoa if youâre looking for highâquality, wellâfermented pizza without the fuss of a fullâservice restaurant. The crust is light and digestible, thanks to their slowârise dough, and toppings are fresh and generous. They also offer certified glutenâfree options, which is a big plus for celiac diners. Service is friendly and efficient, and prices are very fair for the qualityâaround âŹ10â20 per person. This is more of a takeaway or quickâstop spot, so donât expect a formal dineâin experience. Delivery can sometimes be hitâorâmiss in timing, but the pizza itself is consistently excellent when fresh. Overall, a reliable choice for casual, flavorful pizza in Genoa, especially if you appreciate good dough and value for money.

Good. I had eaten the pizza alla pala years ago and I was satisfied, in the photo the capricciosa taken in October. Also gluten-free, so "celiac-friendly"!

Good evening, I'm sorry to have to say this, but I don't remember ever eating a worse pizza than your gorgonzola, lardo, and walnut one tonight; not to mention my son's pesto pizza etc. and my daughter's Margherita pizza was barely edible. I understand that my husband's gluten-free pizza may not have been good (by the way, it was half raw), but the others were not acceptable either. Moreover, they arrived half an hour late and it wouldn't have made much difference even if they had been hot. It's unacceptable that professionals (you are a pizzeria!!!) produce such a low-quality product as yours. I wouldn't have had the courage to sell it; think about how much courage it took for me to eat even half of it and make my husband and kids eat it. Your pizzas used to be good... what happened to you?? Regards.
