Fantastic pizzas, great selection! Highly recommended! Too bad they don't make gluten-free hamburgers...

The pizza was really good, I don't know what kind of dough they used (if they preferred rice flour as many places do, or maybe a gluten-free flour) but the taste was excellent. First gluten-free pizza I've found with a crust (most of the time, they are thin and flat). Very good, recommended! The service was quite fast (considering it was Sunday evening) and the staff was friendly.

Gluten-free pizzas are delicious and so large that they don't fit on the plate! Unlike 7+ in Catania, the service is excellent and super efficient.

Interesting to see how my review regarding the rudeness and arrogance of the person who took my order for the reserved table has disappeared. One of the waiters was quite rude and unprepared, as he thought all the pizzas on the menu could be made with gluten-free dough, which is not the case at all; health is not something to play with, especially when it comes to the respect given to those who work in this field with passion and decorum, something that this waiter entirely lacked. The pizzas were quite heavy, with the crust hanging over the sides of the plate. Making an enormous pizza is only good for the eyes, not for the stomach. Rude staff and a terrible meal. Binobio ruined the evening for me and my friends. I will certainly opt for other places where there is respect and care for customers.

Exceptional. Visiting this pizzeria must be a must-stop for anyone living here, but also for those just passing through. Exceptional pizzas, with great attention given to gluten-free products. The award-winning pizzas are a must-try, unique in their kind. I recommend going during the week if you prefer a more tranquil atmosphere. Attentive, kind, and quick staff. The pizzas are huge. Prices are appropriate for the quality of the product.

I should note that the place was really very busy today and, as we know, when there is confusion, the service may not be the best. However, having read more than good reviews about the 7+ in Nicolosi (especially regarding gluten-free pizzas), I expected much better. The pizza was dry, greasy, and incredibly salty (referring to the gluten-free one). The classic crust pizzas looked good and huge, but according to the other diners, they weren't anything special and also turned out to be too oily and salty. The place was crowded with people and very noisy. I would have given 2 stars but, I repeat, I like to think I simply went on the wrong night. So, 3 stars based on trust.

One of the best pizzerias in the Etna area is the 7+ in Nicolosi. The dough is digestible even in the version with regular flour. The ingredients are of exceptional quality. The pizza can also be shared as it always comes off the plate. There’s also an oven for celiacs. For a few years, following the trend of other businesses, they also introduced hamburgers for every taste. Recently, I tried the latest world champion pizza, but aside from the surely high-quality DOP and IGP ingredients, I wasn’t thrilled; in fact, the mushroom “in plain sight” seemed a bit bitter and excessive. In essence, I wouldn’t order it again, especially considering the high price (14 euros). However, there are many other pizzas, both classic and gourmet, excellent for all tastes. The place deserves a renovation inside, remaining similar to what it was like under the previous management (at least 10 years ago). The staff is very kind and helpful. In the area, parking is always paid, so you have to walk a bit if you want to save. In conclusion, the only downside is that it cannot be a pizzeria for large families due to the price of the pizzas (generally high), drinks, cover charge (high but in line with the area), and let’s add the parking: quality comes at a price.
