We had dinner on a Saturday night in this simple but clean place, with friendly staff and fast service. We chose a keto base (flaxseed, psyllium, and aloe dough + 5 euros), a gluten-free one (only rice flour + 3 euros), and a pizza with Altamura dough (durum wheat semolina + 2 euros): the first two bases, although not true leavened doughs, were well cooked and nicely combined with the chosen toppings (sausage and broccoli rabe/spicy summer). The Altamura red fire flavor was well cooked, crispy, and thin. Overall, a nice experience to repeat. Drinks including water 3.50, gluten-free chocolate salami 6 euros, cover charge 2 euros.

This place really amazed me! You enter and it's a completely normal tobacco bar, with tables next to it.... And then you discover that it's run by award-winning professionals for the quality and variety of the pizzas offered!!! They are also the only ones in the WORLD who offer, in collaboration with doctors, nutritionists, and oncologists, the first KETOGENIC pizza! They have already been interviewed for RAI on Zona Bianca and will soon be back on RAI 3!!! I'm speechless!!! The lady who served us was delightful, the owner came to our table and told us the whole story of the Cheto pizza, which after a year and a half of attempts they finally managed to create!!!! They also have pizza for celiacs, Kamut, ancient grains and many others!! They have won countless awards!!! Great discovery! Expertise and friendliness for the guests! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Gluten-free pizza is really tasty. The place offers different types of dough and the menu is truly wide. The staff is very friendly and the pizza chef has won several culinary awards. If you stop by, the Cima Pizza is highly recommended!

Gluten-free pizza was terrible, burnt crust, the rest was raw, acidic tomato sauce, sausage of poor quality, overpriced at €9.5 + €2.5 surcharge for being gluten-free + €2 cover charge. A rip-off. Never again... I’m sorry because it was close to home... but I’d rather buy a frozen one...
