If you have a movie planned and think about grabbing a quick bite here, do yourself a favor: change your mind. We were greeted with rare rudeness. From the start, it was a program in itself: when I asked for a missing chair at the table, I was answered in a rude tone: "Eh, I’ll bring it now, wait a moment." Managing the timing is a mirage: we were informed of the biblical wait for the dishes only after we had already ordered and received our drinks. A "small" detail, considering that we were inside a cinema with schedules to respect. Moving on to the food, the situation does not improve: tough, rubbery meat, cold fries, and a mismanagement of gluten-free options that I would call misleading. They proudly display the AIC logo, but then the only option is Schär pizza (where I have doubts about the absence of contamination... as stated by the waiter himself...) A bit too little for those who boast of certain standards. The final blow was the bill, utterly out of this world for the quality received: €62.50 for two sandwiches and a plate of Swiss with a bit of salad. Not to mention the €13.40 for a Coca-Cola and a portion of fries for our friend. All seasoned with the total indifference of the manager (initial A.), who responded to our complaints with a half-hearted "Yes, okay," without even the shadow of an apology. If you are looking for professionalism and decent food, look elsewhere. Here, rudeness is the only abundant dish. RESPONSE TO THE REPLY: All guests were present, we waited over an hour standing (and that’s understandable, you were full), we were seated on the opposite side to where we then ate, there was a missing chair as we were 4 and only had 3 chairs... After about 20 minutes, we were moved to where we then had dinner as a table for 10 had arrived and the table was needed (so we were told) while 2 of us went to the bathroom for about 5 minutes... So the REQUEST FOR THE CHAIR from your waitress was made 2 times when it was necessary! Among other things, one of the people missing is the one who asked seeing 3 chairs, and to whom a rude response was given. In any case, the problem is not the chair itself but the incorrect and rude behavior of the staff, which persisted throughout the evening; had there been politeness, we likely would have overlooked everything, and this review would not exist. In any case, thank you for responding, and good luck!

Dinner with friends before the cinema. Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service. I must say to my surprise that the pizzas ordered were really good, even the gluten-free one. Authentic pizza, well-topped and above all not soggy in the middle. As for the buffalo milk ice cream I had, I thought it would be tastier. Average price. I would gladly return.
