I was truly thrilled with my experience at this pizzeria restaurant! I had the pleasure of tasting a gluten-free pizza that turned out to be simply fantastic. The dough was soft, fluffy, and well-leavened, confirming the great attention to the quality of the ingredients and preparation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent gluten-free pizza in a cozy and well-kept environment. This was my experience at Open Theatre in Talsano (TA). An outdoor restaurant nestled in an ancient theater, where time seems to slow down, giving way to the magic of the moment. The atmosphere was enchanting, wrapped in nostalgic lights that created a dreamlike setting, perfect for savoring every single moment. I can't wait to return!

We went there last month, my daughter chose the white pizza with sausage and fries and she was thrilled! Great in appearance and taste! We went back last night to try the baked panzerotto... AMAZING!!! We will definitely go back.

Gluten-free pizza is fantastic. French fries without contamination. For those who cannot eat gluten, it’s practically a wonderful dream. Even the pizzas with regular dough are beautiful and delicious. In the photo, the Baroni pizza with gluten-free dough.

A very cute place, truly excellent food. We ordered 2 puccas, one of which was gluten-free dough, and I must say we were both satisfied with the quality and taste. For one puccia, a change was requested to remove the provolone and replace it with stracciatella, and while the provolone was correctly removed, the stracciatella was not added. When we reported this at the time of payment, a discount was given; for those who work, these things can happen, the important thing is to somehow remedy it, and they did. The price is in line with the quality of the served products. Overall, 5 stars are well deserved.

The waiters initially ignored us, leaving us alone for about twenty minutes, but then when the dishes arrived, they made us forget the problem! The Mozart pizza is AMAZING, even today when I think back on it, I start to salivate! Almost the entire menu is or can become gluten free, with doughs that are just as good as the classic versions, although I would have preferred not to see extra charges for gluten-free dough in such a high-level place (in this case, it’s 1.5€, not an excessive amount, but still an unnecessary surcharge). I will be very happy to return to this place, and next time I would like to try some meat dishes as well.

Very soft atmosphere, fast and discreet service, good pizza, but the puccia even more so. Gluten-free puccia of excellent quality. Really good cheesecake with salted caramel. Large unguarded outdoor parking. Recommended for an evening with friends to enjoy a good pizza or puccia.

They recommended us this place to be included in the AIC circuit... Very nice location with really harmonious furnishings. Good pizza, but the puccia even more so. Gluten-free puccia of excellent quality. I highly recommend it for a cheerful evening.

A nice surprise in the vast landscape of venues in the Taranto area. The pizzas are excellent, including the one for celiacs which is becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Talsano, a few kilometers from Taranto... the best pizza, prepared in every style, and with consideration for those who are gluten intolerant. A well-equipped and cared-for place, a little gem. Attentive service. The few dessert options at the end of the meal are also worth trying; they are well made and presented, simply because what matters is the substance. Prices are in line with what is offered. P.S.: the best pizza I've found so far in and around Taranto. Worth a visit.

Excellent pizzeria and perfect atmosphere. The pizza was great, happy to find a truly valid gluten-free pizzeria as tourists. I cut my daughter's gluten-free pizza and it looked fabulous just to see it.

One of the best pizzerias in the city of Taranto! Friendly staff and unique location! A warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home! Perfect for events like birthdays or communions, as I see from the repeated photos and stories on the local social media... great products and excellent pizza for celiacs... it won me over!
