For us, coming to eat at Guyot is always an experience that brings us home with a smile due to the pleasantness of everything. The venue is well-kept with a soft atmosphere. The staff is attentive and gentle. The risottos are the stars, leaving a delightful impression on the taste buds. The wines are excellent as well. The tiramisu is exquisite. When we are in Milan, it’s a must for us. It is advisable to book in advance. Lastly, they are attentive to gluten-free diets, what can we say... thank you!

Dinner | 40-50 € Rustic locale with exposed bricks, very characteristic, maybe a bit too warm and tables too close together. Excellent cuisine for what we chose: mushroom flan and grilled scamorza with caramelized red onion and a double portion of risotto. Great quality ingredients, all gluten-free. Well-stocked wine cellar. Service needs improvement. Fair price in line with the offerings. Recommended.

It is a risotto restaurant and AIC certified wine bar. Inside, it is really beautiful: the atmosphere is welcoming and the environment is rustic. They are attentive to everyone's needs and also offer refined and flavorful dishes with ingredients suitable for us celiacs, allowing us to eat in complete peace of mind. Their specialties are risottos that can be paired with various wines, but they also have some main courses. Before the appetizer, they also brought us a small plate with toasted bread and polenta discs. It was an excellent lunch, I will definitely return!!

Guyot is always a confirmation. Not recommended for those who think of having a quick dinner. The risotto has its cooking times. The quality of the ingredients is always excellent, and the staff is friendly, pleasant, and professional. The wine list is top-notch. Gluten-free options are standard. The price is absolutely worth the dinner!
