Excellent food and always smiling and kind staff. The owner is celiac, so there is maximum attention to gluten-free options. I go back every time I can.

The Funghetto is a true excellence, capable of offering a high-level gastronomic experience. The menu ranges between meat and fish, but it is the latter that captivates without reservations: each dish enhances the freshness of the raw materials, selected with a care that is noticeable from the very first bite. Another extraordinary aspect is the attention to gluten-free needs: the entire menu is completely gluten-free, with no compromise in terms of taste, texture, or quality. From the welcome entrée to the dessert, every course is designed to ensure safety and maximum satisfaction for those who must follow a gluten-free diet, a rare and precious consideration. The atmosphere, both in the indoor spaces and in the charming outdoor area, is intimate and welcoming, perfect for a serene and pleasant lunch. The service is accurate, friendly, and made even more special by the personalized advice from the chef at the table, a true added value that makes the experience even more engaging. The quality-to-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the products and the care of the service. A restaurant not to be missed for those seeking high quality and truly special gluten-free cuisine.

I went to this restaurant for a family lunch of 14. I should start by saying that, since we have a celiac child in our family, we went mainly for her and the reviews we found on Google. The restaurant is beautiful, both aesthetically and in terms of food and wine. The wine list is varied and interesting. The cuisine is truly excellent. I personally chose the seafood and mushroom tasting menu for €55 per person, which includes three appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. They also offer a welcome entrée, which was greatly appreciated. All the dishes were an excellent culinary experience! In my opinion, they lost their way in the service. I've been in the restaurant business for 15 years and come from a family of restaurateurs, having run an agritourism business for 20 years, so I'm very familiar with the timing of dishes and the world of service. Let me start by saying that there were two young women and what I believe to be the owner serving, an average of 40 people seated, and considering the table service that this place is supposed to offer, that's very low. Given the power of the cuisine and the price per person, expectations for excellent table service were obviously high. There were several inappropriate situations, especially at the beginning of the meal. Starting with the wine, two bottles of white wine and a glass of red wine were ordered. The glass was requested twice because it had been forgotten, and for the appetizers, for a table of 14 people (5 tasting menus, so identical appetizers, 1 fried dish, 4 seafood salads, and a mountain appetizer), the mountain appetizer of cold cuts was requested four times after we had all almost finished ours, so the table hadn't been closed because others were being served in the meantime. Usually, if a table has 14 people, everyone's plates are brought out, the table is closed, and everyone moves on. But that wasn't even the negative aspect of the lunch, but rather the owner's various arrogant responses, both regarding small mistakes (which could have been easily overlooked if appropriate and different responses had been given) and when we pointed it out again during the bill. I'm absolutely not saying the customer should always be right or that different opinions can't be had, but responding arrogantly, not apologizing for certain mistakes visible to all and simply wanting to be right, with a table of 14 people (hoping the customer will return) and especially with the considerable amount of money she was spending, I don't know how much of a positive impact she could have had on the management in the future. After these incidents, the rest of the lunch went well; the other two girls were friendly and professional, even understanding that they were providing that type of service in the dining room alone. I repeat, the food was truly excellent, but that type of dining room requires equally excellent management.

Very courteous and attentive owner as well as the dining staff. Suitable venue for coeliacs (AIC). Prices are slightly above average but absolutely justified by the high quality of the food (note that service, now ubiquitous, is not added to the bill). They pampered us with free tastings that we greatly appreciated. We will definitely return.

A very nice and elegant place. The food is delicious and refined. The garden that serves as a backdrop enriches the restaurant even more. Finally, gluten-free and contamination-free options are available without any problem. I was also offered a very special and flavorful appetizer and dessert.
