Very good restaurant. Certified by the Italian Celiac Association. Celiac people can eat almost everything on the menu. We ordered the Seasonal Fossetta Appetizer, the radicchio timbale was excellent (even though I generally don't like radicchio), and the radicchio roll was also very good. For the first course, we had Tirache Fossetta, made with fresh wheat pasta, and instead gluten-free tagliatelle (not fresh at the moment) for celiacs. For the second course, we had veal liver Venetian style, served with polenta, very good; and also La Braciolona served with roasted potatoes, fried polenta, and steamed vegetables. The side salad was fresh and abundant. I compliment the gluten-free pasta experiment, I hope you can soon offer fresh pasta for celiacs as well. I suggest asking customers if they want water as soon as they sit down.

Historic trattoria that offers a service from another time, attentive and friendly. The menu is varied and lists the origin of all the products used, almost all from the local area. The meat dishes are excellent, there is a wait, but it is worth it! A paradise for those with celiac disease, AIC certified, offers local delicacies like gluten-free duck ragù.

Nice lunch! Cozy place with various rooms to accommodate customers. Upon arrival, they offer an aperitif at the bar with appetizers. Inviting and tasty dishes. They are also great with gluten-free dishes and provide excellent service for those who are celiac. Well organized. The boiled meats trolley is excellent, as is the grilled rabbit. The desserts are all very good. We tasted 5 different ones, and they were all homemade. Excellent!
