Everything was delicious. I had a very good time. I had sardines as an appetizer and swordfish rolls. Both can be available gluten-free upon request depending on the moment, but there are various choices definitely available on a gluten-free menu (appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts, pizzas, and all side dishes)! The staff is very kind. I recommend it.

The Osteria Pane Olio e Sale combines high-quality cuisine with attentiveness and availability towards the customer. A commendation to the chef who prepared spectacular gluten-free dishes for me, who am celiac, with a true Sicilian flavor. Rarely have I eaten so well! Finally, a thank you to the staff for their unique professionalism and kindness! Absolutely recommended!!! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would have done it!!!

I am absolutely impressed by the high quality of the food. Unique experience. Gluten-free food is nothing short of exceptional and quite substantial, even when it comes to desserts, which I rarely find gluten-free in other restaurants. I have already been there three times and each time I leave enthusiastic. The flavors are paired masterfully, creating delightful contrasts with very pleasant and unique tastes. Highly recommended; if I could, I would give it ten stars.

Out of nine pizzas, six were good and three were overcooked (almost burned). This suggests a rating of three stars for me. The polite service and the no-smoking policy, even outdoors, are worth a fourth star. I do not judge the gluten-free pizza. I had been warned that it was a ready-made base. Worth trying out the restaurant. The appearance of the passing dishes was inviting. The gluten-free options were also good. Until next time.
