My wedding was simply magnificent, taken care of in every little detail. The organization was impeccable: everything was managed with great professionalism, punctuality, and attention, making the day truly unforgettable. We ate exceptionally well, with delicious and high-quality dishes, served elegantly and abundantly. A special applause goes to the extraordinary attention given to people with allergies and intolerances: every need was met with sensitivity and precision, demonstrating a rare and precious care. An experience that will stay in the heart, for its beauty, care, and human warmth.

I attended a wedding, everything was wonderful from the location to the people working there. My son is celiac and he was well taken care of by a waitress the whole time, with kindness and professionalism. Really, compliments and thank you.

SHAMEFUL/ FOOD WITH GLUTEN FOR A CELIAC. The staff was notified of my dietary needs a month before the event as I am vegan, requesting an alternative menu. They told me upfront that there would be no first course for me (and I mean, everybody knows how to make pasta with tomato sauce) but not only that, because on the plate among the appetizers specifically for me, I found a roll with ham and cheese! And then the dessert arrives... three strawberries served on a plate alongside two BREADSTICKS, BUT IT DOESN'T END HERE because my eight-year-old sister (CELIAC) was served bruschetta bread that was not gluten-free! Fortunately, my sister, being celiac from birth, always asks what she can eat and never takes anything for granted. It may be taken for granted, but it only takes a distraction to jeopardize a person's health. Regardless of whether someone has an intolerance or allergy, if a customer confides their dietary needs a month in advance, you must respect them and make them feel comfortable, not make a mockery of them! I also asked for explanations from the room manager who told me he would come to the table to check, but he never arrived... truly shameful.

My wife Valeria and I had the pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at this wonderful Villa on September 28th. Words cannot do justice to the incredible beauty we encountered. The location is nothing short of fabulous, splendid, unique. The olive trees illuminated by the lights around the immaculate pool, the delightful garden, every detail of the internal decoration of the hall was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The food, then, was simply outstanding. We have received and continue to receive (after almost a month!) compliments from our guests for everything, from the appetizers (I’m not afraid to exaggerate when I say that I have never experienced such high-quality food served as appetizers at any other wedding), to the first courses, to the main courses (our dinner was fish-based but the meat alternatives for those with intolerances were of equal level) and to the desserts, everything abundant, everything exquisite, all served to perfection. Adding to this was the discreet and kind direction of the magnificent maître Filippo, a true class act in professionalism and elegance, whose numerous mentions in each of the reviews published by users do not do him adequate justice. Moreover, the kindness of the Santoro couple, who accompanied us at every moment during the preparation of the reception, satisfying every request of ours, is the cherry on top that in my opinion makes Villa Rigoletto the best, by far, Reception Hall in the entire province, if not in all of Eastern Sicily. I don’t think more words are necessary, other than the obvious consideration that Villa Rigoletto will remain for my wife and me the reference Reception Hall for any further festive occasions and the first name on the list of recommended venues.
