We visited this establishment this evening with my wife, having pre-ordered takeout sandwiches by phone, one of which was gluten-free. The place is located in the center of Sassari, about twenty meters from the main square. It is right on the street and can be seen even from a car. Paid parking is available, and it is accessible for the disabled since it is on the ground floor. The venue is medium-small, bright, and clean from what I see, and it is well organized for those intolerant or allergic to gluten, also known as celiac disease. The owners are very helpful with information and attentive to help satisfy your palate as much as possible. The quality-price ratio is average compared to other establishments in this sector, and the same goes for the gluten-free niche. Overall, it’s good and definitely worth a return visit.
