I highly recommend this pastry shop. Besides the wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free products (all delicious), there is a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very kind and attentive to every need.

I went to this bakery yesterday, I had things explained to me about how it worked, the owner was kind and available to answer all my questions... Good bread, even heated in the toaster the next day, it remained soft... Delicious fried pastries. I should have gotten a few more pizzettes!!! I will definitely return to stock up. The price is a bit high compared to regular bread prices, but you are paying for a gluten-free product that resembles normal bread, without lactose and also vegan... Both sweet and savory approved!

Bakery, focacceria, pizza by the slice, and sweets, exclusively gluten-free and lactose-free. Ideal place for anyone who is allergic or intolerant to the aforementioned products. Kind and helpful owner. The prices per piece are out of any rules, as is the lack of their display. Many people have dietary issues of this type, but one should not take advantage of the low production of such products and speculate in this way. Those in charge should regulate this matter.

The focaccia and the small pizzas were quite good. But overall it was pricier than usual, and the products were of not great quality. I had a calzone heated up, but the mozzarella was almost non-existent and it arrived lukewarm instead of hot. When I asked the price, they told me €4, while on the receipt I found €4.50. The tart with cream was not fresh at all and only barely edible, and it was even more expensive at €3.20 than any cafe in Sassari that serves fresh pastries, which at most cost €2.50. The country bread, dark buckwheat, could have been good and crunchy, but unfortunately, I got a rather burnt piece. It's not approved by ASL. They say on Fridays and Saturdays they also make cream puffs and cannoli, maybe I’ll try those and hope they are better and especially fresh for the day. Fortunately, I found better options nearby.

Out of necessity, I went in to buy some bread for my daughter. Not being from Sassari, I bought in bulk, not paying attention to the fact that there were no displayed prices. The mini rolls cost €55 per kg, the baguettes €27 per kg, the focaccia €35.8 per kg, and the rest per piece, as you can see in the attached photo. Besides the fact that I won’t be returning, I am seriously considering reporting this to the competent authority. I hope that those who take advantage of (illnesses and needs) will be repaid in life for what they sow.

I stopped by at 10 this morning, after seeing photos and videos on social media of the store full of sweets and fresh baked goods. I walked in and found a few sandwiches; for sweets, there were two muffins and just two cannoli for breakfast. The rest of the counter was empty. I understand the novelty of the store, but if a service is offered from 9 in the morning, I expect a full service; I certainly don't expect to find a half-empty store an hour after opening. Especially in a place like Sassari where there are very few shops that serve gluten-free.

I went to this store for lunch to buy gluten-free products since I am intolerant. The shop is located on the street and is easily visible even while driving. It's quite bright inside, clean, and spacious. The clerk or owner was very helpful in answering my questions and accommodating me as much as possible. The products are competitive for what I tasted. The prices are average at the national level regarding this niche. I will definitely be returning.

I ordered a tray for one person with both savory and sweet items. For the modest sum of 15 €, after asking me what I wanted, they didn’t include what I ordered in the tray. For the sweet part, they put tiny cookies in oversized and useless paper cups, and two slightly larger pastries, but no sign of the cream puffs I ordered (those paper cups for cookies were a first!). Then, still in the same old cups, they arranged pickles, small onions, and industrial olives, with a toothpick stabbed in. Now... I can't pay 15 € for some pickled veggies! If I wanted pickled vegetables, I would buy them separately, not at a gluten-free bakery!!! Furthermore, for the savory part, they meant a small pizza, which consisted of bread with sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella, and a small bun with cooked ham and three or four tiny breadsticks that were definitely not homemade... Everything was terrible and poorly presented.

Great initiative, but some prices are too high and need to be reviewed.

I went to the baker a bit out of curiosity and also to give him trust since I saw him every morning, but I didn’t feel like entering; it didn’t inspire me much, actually I would say not at all! But one Sunday morning I felt like getting some croissants for breakfast, I had the fantastic idea to go directly to the baker. Well, the disappointment was astronomical; the croissants were zero filled, just a little taste, cut like a sandwich without any sense. To say they were terrible is an understatement, but the most absurd thing is that 4 croissants cost me €12, that is €3 each! I was astonished; I didn’t feel like getting anything else, otherwise, I’d have to ask for a loan. It’s absolutely not worth it, I would say!

Curious about the innovative idea (which seemed good and right), I went to the store... I imagined a small mini-market where, in addition to baked goods, I could find gluten-free and lactose-free foods, but I imagined wrong. What you can buy is 4 different types of bread, 4 types of croissants/donuts, and pizza. Optionally, on weekends, you can request eggplant parmesan, fainé, and another thing that I cannot remember now. Despite the disappointment, I decided to buy a loaf because I was embarrassed to leave empty-handed. Total: 5.50 for 500g of bread. Now we should also consider that it is a special bread for those with intolerances and that it can therefore have a higher price, but guys... it's still bread and honestly, 11 euros per kg for bread raises some questions. Both the owner and I made a mistake: I did not ask for the price, and he did not display any product with a label showing the cost per kg. In any case, for my personal taste, the loaf I bought was terrible; I don’t know how the pastries and pizza are, but honestly, I don’t want to find out.
