Terrible pizza both for takeout and in the pizzeria.

A comfortable and clean atmosphere, the hand-drawn charcoal designs on the walls are very charming; I really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza which was VERY LIGHT and good. The Pompia bitter offered at the end of the dinner is definitely worth trying, so the service was much appreciated.

I remain enthusiastic every time I go to Sa Madrighe! A welcoming and well-kept place, where the passion for pizza is perceived in every detail. The dough is excellent, light, and fragrant, and the quality of the ingredients is truly surprising (the only place where you can eat excellent pizza with sauce). The staff is friendly and attentive, and the wide selection of pizzas and beers – even for those who are gluten intolerant – makes the experience unique, absolutely to try! Highly recommended for everyone!

We found the pizzeria Sa Madrighe by chance after searching online for a place that offered gluten-free pizzas for our child, who often has to eat something else because either the pizza isn't good or it's very difficult to find a venue with gluten-free dough. I called around 10 PM, asking about the closing time to then reserve for 4, especially mentioning that we would arrive a bit late as we had just landed in Sardinia at Alghero airport. I immediately noticed the kindness of the guy who answered the phone, calmly telling me that they would wait for us. Once we arrived about half an hour later, we ordered 4 different pizzas. They were truly excellent, super super good ALL of them. The artisanal chips were also special and very good. The staff was very welcoming and kind; the owner, besides being an excellent pizzaiolo, was very available and attentive. The venue is particularly taken care of in detail, spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful first experience in this venue. Welcomed immediately by courteous and kind people, you find yourself in front of a carefully selected decor that balances classic and modern styles, with spacious, square, tidy surfaces that create a sense of familiarity rather than discomfort. Pizzas are available with a choice of three main doughs: classic, gluten-free (plus €2.00), and bonsemì (plus €1.50), with various seeds and grains such as sunflower, sesame, flax, and millet. Tasting the three variants brings great pleasure to the palate; the pizzas are very crunchy with excellent fermentation, topped with high-quality ingredients and well-presented. In the classic version cut into eight slices, the pizzas are served already portioned. What can I say, everything was truly excellent. 100% satisfaction and a highly recommended venue. CONGRATULATIONS, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. THANK YOU.

We stumbled upon this place to briefly visit the center of Sassari. I had read some reviews and checked the official website of the pizzeria to get an idea, and I was not mistaken! My partner and I went there at 7:45 PM on a Friday in the first week of September. Obviously, it was empty due to the time we finished our walk. The girl at the counter, I believe her name is Lucia, if I'm wrong I apologize, was very kind and showed us to our seats. The interior design is modern and well thought out, and it was a great choice to showcase the area where the dough is kneaded and cooked. I really like the drawings on the walls and the quotes from d'Annunzio. They have selected beers in the vertical fridge and different types of dough, including their gluten-free option made on-site, not from pre-made bases or mixes. For the gluten-free pizza, it's a classic round shape with slightly high edges, a bit Neapolitan style, so to speak. Meanwhile, for the gluten-filled options, they offer the classic style and a 'carta da musica' which consists of putting the filling inside the pizza dough for a visually appealing result, fragrant and digestible because the dough is not heavy but airy. Alternatively, they have the 'otto spicchi' which is high and crunchy, gourmet style, and the 'pala' which is for at least two people. You will find high-quality ingredients such as Sardinian tomato, fiordilatte instead of the plain pizzeria mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, aged prosciutto di Parma (30 months), local pecorino, Ploaghe sausage, buffalo mozzarella DOP, mortadella, Bronte pistachios, Cantabrian anchovies, purpuzza, casizzolu... so, not banal products. You can definitely tell the tomato is not of low quality! Excellent gluten-free dough cooked in a separate oven. For 2 people: 1 carta da musica, 1 gluten-free verace, 1 coffee, 1 0.75L water... 27 euros. Excellent 😊😊
