If I am not mistaken, all the products are gluten-free and the fruit ice creams are lactose-free. Mario's innovative offerings are excellent, such as: basil sorbet, sheep yogurt with basil and walnuts, and rose gelato. The level is really high; it's hard to eat just one ice cream! Stupendous gelato! The ingredients are locally sourced and of excellent quality. By company choice, they offer only gluten-free cones and wafers, so there’s no contamination. For me, it’s one of the few ice cream shops where even the fruit flavors are a delight ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
