It’s always a pleasure to return to Varallo and have lunch at La Sfinge. The staff is kind and knowledgeable, with fresh ingredients and an excellent quality-to-price ratio. The venue is tidy and clean. I was really very satisfied with my pizza made with gluten-free dough, truly one of the best I’ve tried, as well as the fried fish and desserts ordered by my parents. What can I say? La Sfinge is always a guarantee over time....
