Gluten-free pizza is really good, but I'm afraid they use deglutenized wheat, as evidenced by the fact that I felt unwell both times I went there (deglutenized wheat bothers me too, not like gluten, but it's still not good for me). I asked if they used it, but they replied that the recipe is a secret. Clearly, I won't be going back. It's such a pity because it's very good, especially the gluten one, and going with friends is a blessing to be able to eat well without worries. The price is quite high, but it's worth it. If you don't have issues with deglutenized wheat, go there!

A quiet and spacious place, but it doesn’t stand out for its ambiance. The service is attentive and quick, but the strong point remains the pizzas. I tried a gluten-free one and I must say the dough was outstanding; the only downside was the burrata on top was a bit too overpowering. The second vegan pizza with 'mortadella' and pistachio was truly excellent and well-balanced. I am neither vegan nor celiac, but I can say that the pizza for celiacs was really good and crispy. Not to mention that the vegan one was delicious. Edit post comment regarding the place: I was fully aware that it was vegan and that I might not know the real flavor. In fact, I rated the pizzas as 4. I only mentioned that it was salty because it was the opinion of the table, but at the same time, it was good.

Pizzeria near the center. Easy evening parking. Furnished in a contemporary style, welcoming and polite staff. Try both regular and gluten-free pizzas...both are excellent!! Not cheap, but if you want something good, it's right to spend a bit more. I recommend!

Exorbitant cost for a pizza that has absolutely nothing to envy from the take-out pizzeria down the street... Paying a pizza a whopping €23!!!! (18€ + 5€ for a burrata on top) ... are you serious??? Not to mention the gluten-free pizza... A very thick, spongy, almost undercooked focaccia,... I wouldn't exactly call it pizza!!! Yet I paid a whopping €15 for it, and it was just a simple Margherita, even though their menu calls it pizza Doc with buffalo mozzarella!!! I think all the positive reviews have been written by people who have absolutely no idea what a real authentic pizza is!!!!
