Le Aie offers a wide selection of pizzas, including gluten-free options, with three different types of dough. Located in a visible spot, the venue with a vintage 70s touch is enhanced by friendly and professional staff. Great value for money with a €15 menu (excluding Saturday evening), ideal for a tasty and affordable meal.

It maintains the name of the place in the historic center where it used to be, but is now practically on the roundabout between Corso Martiri and Corso Italia, a more visible area for passersby. The decor is in 70s style with Formica tables and vintage objects that are sometimes pleasant and sometimes poorly presented. Compliments to the room manager, who is always very kind, professional, and quick. The menu offers a wide assortment of gourmet-style pizzas and others, with prices aligned to the offering. A few first and second courses are also available, not many but it's appreciated that they are there. Allergens are always clearly indicated. Three types of dough are offered: ‘verace’, with a Neapolitan-style edge, ‘stropicciata’: really super thin and digestible, and gluten-free. There is a €15 menu (excluding Saturday evenings) that is very interesting for its quality-price ratio. It includes a pizza, a drink or a small light beer, a dessert (all homemade), and cover charge. An additional €1 for a small red beer, €2 for a medium light beer, €3 for a red beer, €1 more for the Recco-style focaccia, €1 more for pizza with ‘stropicciata’ dough, and €5 for gluten-free. We always had a great time, highly recommended.
