Very good pinsa, except that afterwards I spent a hellish night! Suspected contamination between regular pizzas and gluten-free ones and no information to distinguish the pizzas on the takeaway box.

First time in this place and I must say I was quite satisfied despite the wait being a bit too long. Huge variety of pinsa with a very light and truly digestible dough. Excellent ingredients. However, I recommend revisiting the dough for celiacs (if made by you), it was almost like a brick, nearly impossible to cut and chew. I will still give it a second chance.... Friendly and helpful staff.
