A characteristic and elegant venue in the heart of Genoa, distinguished by the excellence of table service and the refinement and creativity of the brilliant chef. It's also worth noting the courtesy in adapting dishes to accommodate gluten-free needs (if informed at the time of booking). The portions are generous. We enjoyed our first evening so much that we returned the next day (our last evening in Genoa) to try the chef's fixed menu, which was definitely an experience not to be missed. An incredible richness of flavors and textures. The chef visited our table several times to explain the various courses, which we greatly appreciated. Among our favorite dishes from both evenings, I would certainly mention the marinated octopus, the pasta with burrata and red shrimp, the pasta with sea urchin, the monkfish, and finally the maracuja dessert.
