ACHIAZZ offers an exceptional gluten-free pizza in a cozy atmosphere. Although at times there may be prolonged waiting times, the quality of the pizza remains a strong point of the place. Recommended for a quiet evening.

I give three stars because I want to be nice. My rating doesn't refer to the pizza, which is truly exceptional; that's why I can't give less than three stars, but to the organization and management of wait times and service. There were four of us, we arrived around 10:15 PM and were told there was about an hour to wait. We put our names down and in the meantime took a walk. By 11:15 PM we were back, but we waited until midnight. Up to this point, I have nothing to say, after all, we knowingly chose to stay, aware of the long wait time. The problem arose after we were seated. The pizzas arrived after an hour and twenty! I understand it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, but by the time we sat down, the place was starting to empty. I’m really sorry because this was my third time trying it, and before they opened the new place, I always had a good experience. 31/05/2019 One year later update: the service has not improved at all. I can perhaps say it has reached the limit of absurdity... Disorganized waiters, infinite waits of an hour for pizza, and, to top it off, my sister (celiac) received the wrong pizza because the person taking the order managed to confuse it among the only SIX gluten-free pizzas offered on the menu. Another ten minutes for them to remake the pizza. Conclusion: we sat down at 11 PM and ate after midnight... never again.
