We ate here the pizza during our stay in Rodi Garganico, GLUTEN-FREE, VERY VERY GOOD (not the usual pre-cooked base). DEFINITELY, if we find ourselves in this area again, we will come back.

Located in the central square of Rhodes. Very nice location in a busy but quiet spot. Gluten-free and lactose-free pizza is good, but especially available for those with intolerance or allergies. Caciocavallo and sausage pizza: I didn't give 5 stars because even though the dough was very good and digestible, unfortunately, the bottom of the pizza was burnt (burnt food is bad for you!) and the wait was a bit too long (about an hour with not full tables), making it impossible to send back the pizza to wait for another one :-( The waitresses were polite and helpful.

We stopped for a pizza, encouraged by the good reviews and the possibility of gluten-free options (since there aren't many offerings for these customers in the area). The pizzeria did not disappoint our expectations; all the pizzas were excellent and well-topped, including the gluten-free one, along with the friendly and informal staff. Highly recommended place, 5 well-deserved stars. P.S. the caciocavallo pizza is a must-try.

Meanwhile, the available staff is good, the pizza is well made, cooked in a wood oven, there is an option for lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free if informed in advance, possibly by booking ahead.

Great pizza, even the gluten-free one, truly remarkable in quality and preparation. Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent location for an evening stroll through the beautiful village of Rodi Garganico.
