Taking advantage of the holidays and the waiting list, we managed to book a table at PizzAut, in the AIC circuit. Besides being a beautiful project, it offers excellent gluten-free pizza. We will return even though it won't be easy!

This is the second time I have dinner at PizzAut and I am not disappointed at all. Really good pizza, and even more beautiful is the project of this restaurant where mostly autistic young people work. The gluten-free pizza dough is very light, with abundant and tasty toppings.

It's not a pizzeria but a jewelry store. 7 euros for a regular margherita, not great but passable, with salad tomatoes on top!!! 😱 Medium quality buffalo mozzarella, little sauce and being cooked in an electric oven, for me, it max values at 4.50 euros. The gluten-free margherita is 9 euros🧐🧐 but are we in Cassina dè Pecchi or Capri? Also with salad tomatoes..🤢 this didn't even exist in Naples. At 19:15 we ordered 4 regular margheritas and 3 gluten-free, at 19:31 they give us the regular ones (wow, I thought they were fast). At 20:07 the gluten-free margheritas, 36 minutes later. We protest and they heat up the regular ones, the owner with a small beard agrees when we tell him we won't be coming back, he even apologizes and repeats: don't come back please. Excellent start I would say for new customers, including 3 gluten-intolerant family members. 55 euros for 7 margheritas of terrible quality! No offense, but in Milan, you don’t know anything about pizza or food. The autistic boys, of course, were very kind, but they have nothing to do with the commercial organization.
