Everything is completely safe, carefully crafted down to the last detail, and above all, delicious. Each dish is prepared with attention, taste, and a lot of passion: you can really feel that gluten-free here is not a compromise but an added value. I want to specify that my partner, who eats normally, also finds this place truly delicious, so it is suitable for both celiacs and non-celiacs. Additionally, a special shout-out goes to the owner, who has been truly, truly delightful: very kind, cordial, always ready with a smile and a thousand attentions. We have been coming to this restaurant for various occasions for 3 years now, and the owner has always surprised us differently for each occasion. He has made me feel welcomed like home, which is not at all taken for granted for us celiacs. His kindness and availability truly deserve a great compliment! I leave this restaurant very happy, satisfied, and with the certainty that I will return very soon. We went out to lunch this Sunday for a birthday. We opted for a fixed menu since there were many of us, everything was excellent! Excluding the pasta, all the other dishes on the menu are normally gluten-free, including all the desserts! The gluten-free pasta was very good. A great place for celiacs. Excellent service, the owner and waitress were very kind.
