I have been to this place several times, attracted by the mastery with which the pizza is crafted, with combinations of flavors that make it even tastier, in addition to a base that I think contains flours from special grains. I am a lover of the Roman base, which is offered in the menu as an alternative to the contemporary one if explicitly requested. On previous occasions, the staff who took the order asked us which base we preferred; this time, however, they asked us if we had any food intolerances or allergies. Regardless of the fact that it should have been our responsibility to signal the issue, the question distracted us from requesting the Roman base. After about 15 minutes from the order, I pointed out the oversight to another waiter, who immediately went to the pizzeria to ask if there was still time, but he returned disappointed to report that the pizzas were already in advanced preparation. I limited myself to saying that I was sorry because I had brought my guests there specifically to enjoy the excellent Roman base and that they could have reminded us during the ordering process. The person who took the order came back to my table, pointing out that it was clearly stated on the menu that we should express our preference. Now, keeping in mind that what they said is relatively true, I find the complaint made to me to be a complete lack of professionalism. Until that moment, I had not emphasized that I would eat a pizza that I did not like, which I ended up doing since the initial lack of delicacy in asking for the base preference turned into an opposition towards a customer who, reluctantly recognizing their error, had allowed themselves to make a small note. That said, I will continue to praise the pizza, but I will not enter that place again because of the lack of sensitivity shown by those who managed the order. I remember that the service is paid for.

Upon arriving at this venue, I was welcomed with professionalism and accompanied to the table. I look through the menu for something suitable for my intolerances and allergies, I order the entrecôte and for a starter the chicken nuggets (I ask if they are frozen and am told that everything is homemade except for the fries and that there is only chicken and breading). They arrive served with a yogurt sauce, and I kindly ask for them without the sauce since I have an allergy; they change them for me already annoyed. When I taste them, I notice that it's not only chicken but there is something else. I kindly ask what else is in them, and the rude girl only responds 'just chicken.' I point out that there must be something else, and she tells me 'various spices.' She insists that it’s my responsibility to communicate my allergies and not theirs to indicate. For privacy, I shouldn’t have to disclose all my difficulties; it’s your responsibility to indicate an allergen menu... finally, the meat was cold, there was no fruit, and the service was awful. I strongly advise against it.

Simply stunning!!! From breakfast to dinner, you can indulge in delicacies made by an impeccable team in the kitchen, bar, and table service. The entire staff exudes a sublime elegance in managing the various rooms, pampering the different types of clients and characters present. The entire menu is rich in excellent products, including options for "gluten-free." I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to enjoy a culinary journey away from the usual establishments. Don't leave without trying the homemade desserts...

In my opinion, the bill was excessive (50 euros) considering we ordered two pizzas and two simple appetizers, along with a water and a canned beer. Considering one pizza was margherita and one gluten-free arancino, I believe the surcharge of 4 euros is excessive and I have never encountered this elsewhere. It was an experience I will not repeat. Response to response Dear owner, I have been visiting gluten-free places all over Italy for more than 20 years, and a surcharge of 4 euros on gluten-free items is unheard of even in Forte dei Marmi. That said, accept the criticism and be humble because you need the customers, but the customers do not need you. Regards, dear. P.S. The canned beer at 7 euros is not even seen in Costa Smeralda. P.P.S. Having a place equipped for celiacs is not a favor you do for me, but a duty. The Italian Celiac Association will be happily informed of what happened and the responses given. Regards, dear. Response to response I do not consider myself a professor, nor am I one. Perhaps you see yourself as a guru of the restaurant business, but you are just making a bad impression. The beer cost 7 euros, and fortunately, I still have the receipt. That said, I will not respond further to provocations from people who do not accept criticism, as this is a sign of misunderstanding and also of vulgar arrogance and low-class behavior. I prefer to frequent places that are much more polite and better than yours. Regards, never again.

Great sandwiches, appetizers perhaps a bit lacking as the "fondue" was actually just cheese slices, but overall I was satisfied with the food. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking and disorganized. The restrooms were very clean and welcoming, also equipped with mouthwash dispensers. As a celiac subject, I must say that the bread was really very good, a rare characteristic to find in sandwich shops that offer a gluten-free menu. The sandwiches and service are a bit pricey.
