While at the Perla bathroom, I asked if they had gluten-free options, and the next day, thanks to the care and attention of the chef, I had one of the best spaghetti with seafood of my life. Stunning location. Remember to book and to mention that you are celiac.

To spend the last pleasant evening in San Vincenzo, I treated myself to a romantic dinner with my partner at this restaurant, after we were both captivated by the photos of the location and the proposed dishes. Even before entering, we were struck by the furnishings on the beach, with characteristic gazebos; once inside, we found an intimate and elegant atmosphere, with soft lights and tables from which we could enjoy the view. We were escorted to our table and, to our great surprise, we discovered that we had been assigned a table on the terrace, allowing us to share a wonderful sunset; at the time of booking, we had been informed that only tables in the dining room were available, so you can imagine my girlfriend's happiness when they took us outside. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff in their manners, gestures, and in presenting the various courses; from our arrival until the end of the meal, they contributed to making the evening special and unforgettable. Right away, we were offered a welcome Amuse-Bouche with delightful proposals from the chef, among which the Fried Sardine literally enchanted me; if it had been on the menu, I would have definitely ordered a dish. For the first course, we had Seafood Risotto with Ricotta Mousse and Sea Urchin, and Linguine with Black Garlic and a 3 Shellfish Ragù (Lobster, Scampi, and Prawn), and we both widened our eyes at the first bite; as soon as I swallowed, my first words were "Tastes of the Sea!", due to its strong mineral component, while my partner exclaimed, "It's like a Lobster is slapping me!!", wanting to express how the intensity of the Black Garlic perfectly countered the sweetness of the Shellfish, enhancing their savoriness. Next, we shared a Mixed Fry with Fruit and Vegetable Ketchup, and in this dish too, we found first quality fish worked to perfection, with the Fruit Ketchup adding a special note to everything. For dessert, we had Campigliese Cheesecake with Rosemary Air and Pine Nut Ice Cream, and the Blue Sea Pearl; while we waited, we were served a pre-dessert to prepare our palate, and the small cheesecake with berries was ideal with its acidity; we were pleasantly surprised as it was the first time either of us had been offered this. Regarding the desserts, I can only praise Chef Deborah Corsi and her entire kitchen team for creating works of art that immerse you in a complex sensory experience. Never were money spent better: excellent quality/price ratio, average spending compared to other places in the area but a unique experience, the best seafood restaurant in San Vincenzo; as for the quantity, I thought it would be meager given the photos and type of dining, but I must say we both left the restaurant satisfied; the portions are not very generous but just right to satisfy hunger. Waiting times a bit above average but justifiable given the perfection of the dishes proposed, plus the small culinary attentions from the chef help to make the wait pleasant. A place that I absolutely recommend, a true culinary fairy tale.
