Delicious gluten-free pizza, very soft dough, cooked perfectly, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. Very nice place and friendly staff. The only small flaw is that some appetizers (fried) have the gluten-free sticker, but the waitress said they are cooked in the same fryer as those with gluten, but thanks to the waitress for letting me know right at the time of the order 🫶🏻🍕

definitely the best gluten-free pizza in northern Italy! The venue is not part of the AIC circuit but has separate work surfaces, attentive and kind staff, the same oven but the gluten-free base does not touch the cooking surface, personally I have never had problems after eating their pizza (and I am a regular customer). Gluten-free dough created ad hoc by the master pizza maker, soft and light, toppings range from the simple Margherita to more refined and gourmet flavors, each pizza has its own paired gin and tonic. Almost all the fried appetizers are offered for everyone with gluten-free batter cooked in a dedicated fryer… in short, a culinary paradise :)

Excellent pizza, Neapolitan style, definitely filling. Ingredients of excellent quality. Polite and smiling staff. The gluten-free pizza is also very good, made not with a ready-made base, but with a perfect dough. Definitely recommended pizzeria! We will return to taste the other delicacies, which looked very appealing. Well done!
