I booked a table at the restaurant specifying the need for a gluten-free pizza for a celiac person. Upon arriving at the venue, after a long wait to be seated and to order, we were eventually informed that the gluten-free pizza was finished. To make matters worse, the bill came! Despite not being able to consume, we were charged the cover and the cost of what was ordered before receiving the news (including the cover for the celiac person). A terrible experience that caused enormous discomfort for everyone.
