The staff is very attentive and helpful. There are both gluten-free appetizers, which are listed by the waiting staff, as well as first courses. All first courses can be converted to gluten-free with the appropriate pasta, which, as we were explained, is cooked in water that is boiled on the spot to avoid contamination. Highly recommended!
