The best feature is the breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, three or four types of cake combined with gluten-free foods, along with ham, bresaola, and other delicacies. It's a pity about the toilet flush that can be clearly heard in the adjacent room, making it possible to sleep with the neighbor's approval. The location is somewhat off-center but very close to the metro, so the city center can be reached quite easily.
