I ate all packaged and certified gluten-free products made by a nearby specialized bakery, and as a celiac, I didn't have any symptoms. The fact that they are packaged is a disadvantage, but in reality, they were really delicious despite what one might think. Another negative point is the somewhat prohibitive cost. Another comment is that the person handling the orders always seemed rushed and almost irritated when serving customers, while the others were all friendly.
