Very reliable. Ovens in separate areas with all necessary items separated as well. The staff dedicated to gluten-free never crosses into the other area. The pizza is VERY thin, which depends on personal taste. My daughter prefers it to others because she says she doesn’t feel the typical gluten-free taste too much, and it is also more pleasant to chew. In terms of risk, I don't give the highest rating because, regardless, I can't vouch for anyone😉

I got a takeaway pizza and I must say it was very good. Next time I will try to eat it on the spot. It is not part of the AIC circuit, but I heard from other celiacs that they prepare everything separately.

I have eaten their gluten-free pizza several times, really very good; if I remember correctly, one of the owners is celiac. They have a separate oven to cook the gluten-free pizza and a dedicated counter, which you can see while they prepare it if you take it away.

Ample parking, quiet environment, polite and attentive young staff, all pizzas can be tasted with a gluten-free option, all pizzas are very thin, rich in toppings, in addition to the normal dough, you can choose between turmeric dough, kamut, whole spelt, gluten-free. Highly recommended.

Family dinner. Welcoming atmosphere, courteous staff, but above all, the pizza was really very good. Special mention for the gluten-free pizza, which had nothing to envy from the 'normal' one. The gluten-free beer was also really good. If I am in the area again, I will be happy to return.

Exceptional and generous pizza! High-quality products, various doughs such as hemp, soy, etc. Highly recommended for those with food intolerances. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome. Pumpkin tiramisu, phenomenal!
