The location is beautiful and clean. The service was absent and that little was definitely distracted. Upon entering, we were asked to measure our temperature... now no one does that anymore and other guests were not asked. Besides the lunch menu, we didn’t have other proposals... which occurred to other patrons. The horse steak was overcooked and without seasoning, such as green sauce or at least a bit of parsley. The fruit salad was basically apple and the hard part of the pineapple with a tiny piece of orange. The apple pie and the tart were not liked. As for the pizza... presented as gourmet pizza... it was liked by the guest who ordered it, for me it had too much yeast... What a pity, because I had read excellent reviews... probably in the evening the place transforms. After the owner's response, what should I do? Change the review? 1) If your policy is to check temperatures, you do it with all customers and not just with outsiders; 2) The ordering of side dishes should be done together with the main order and not right after drinking; then you should bring them together with the ordered dishes and not before; being a buffet, when we finish them, you ask if we want more; 3) Tastes are tastes, a dish can please me or not.....; 4) When clearing the table, even the bread bits should be removed, and not left on the table until coffee; 5) Before ordering, ask if anyone has intolerances or allergies; 6) I learned that there was a possibility to view a second menu when we had already finished lunch... you should sell your products.... at my table, we thought there was only the work menu. 7) Rather than giving small portions of dessert, don’t serve it. The positivity you mentioned, dear owner, where was it? In the careless girl who seemed lost? Or in the lady who robotically took the order? For the pizza, my husband asked what kinds there were and you listed 4 types of pizza... Positivity is another thing, it is another attitude toward customers. Mine was a true and sincere review. Disappointed by the service. Your place is very beautiful, it deserves definitely better service.. If you need to be sour in responses to those who did not have a good experience, be more precise and sincere, otherwise, with humility, do a beautiful self-examination... Yes, everyone can make mistakes, maybe I happened at the wrong moment, but this is what happened to me.
