Ordered a lactose-free bongo over the phone and they specified dark chocolate and chantilly cream, which should not be eaten since there was only whipped cream inside, it was overly sweet with no trace of cream and no taste of chocolate, truly awful.

What can I say? Since I discovered this bakery/pastry shop, I can't do without it. Let's start with the quality of the products, which are simply extraordinary. Delicious and very generous with fillings. Excellent processing and quality of the raw materials. Moving on to the atmosphere, it is small but very welcoming, and nothing is missing, so this is perfect as well. And last, but certainly not least, the staff. Well, the staff is the classic icing on the cake. Everyone is very skilled, super polite, and well-prepared. In short, for poor celiacs like me, finally a place where you can enjoy fresh and artisanal quality products. Thank you Dream Gluten Free. Keep it up!!!

Being lactose intolerant, I wanted to try your pastries, closest to home and more convenient for me, but unfortunately, I was strongly disappointed. A good pastry chef knows how to make excellent gluten-free and lactose-free sweets. The ones I bought, even spending an exaggeration, were pastries that I couldn't even finish one cream puff, those with pistachio filled with colorants like the ones with cream. Too much coloring and too much sugar, such good pastries that ended up in the trash. The schiacciata alla fiorentina was dry as if it were from the day before, and it met the same fate as the pastries. The only thing that was salvaged was the pie, which was passable. I'm sorry, I hoped to finally find a good pastry shop, but for sure this was my first and last time! What a pity.

Great pastry shop, especially for me who has problems with milk and dairy allergies. A variety of choices both sweet and savory. For this reason, I trusted them for my birthday cake... what can I say... phenomenal both to look at and to eat... TOP.

The first time I find myself feeling this bad in a place. The savory products are a bit dry while the sweets are honestly good considering they are dairy and gluten-free. The problem is that there is a risk of feeling unwell because the person taking the orders has made a mistake twice by putting milk in the cake. I've been used to dairy-free for years and have never had a problem being understood, anyway it's normal to make mistakes at work but the issue is that I wasn't apologized to or given a solution, but was even offended and blamed for not mentioning it. They have definitely lost a good customer since I often stopped by for cookies for breakfast, snacks, and every celebration.

What can I say... from producer to consumer is just a moment!!! Finally in Prato, a real GLUTEN-FREE store where you can find everything of supreme quality, wonderful cakes, I bought one for my partner's birthday and I made a fantastic impression, exquisite and beautiful, not to mention the bread, I also like it even though I'm not celiac. The lady at the counter, I believe the owner, is really kind and willing to listen to my needs, in short... TRY IT!!!!!!
