We had lunch at Paleosette on two Sundays with various groups of friends and relatives, and everyone was enthusiastic about it. Since there were many of us, we got a good overview of the entire menu, and I must say that everything is good and well-cared for in terms of service (a couple of dishes were requested with some variations). It was very nice to see my daughter, who is celiac, able to taste all the dishes, with diners competing to offer her bites of their meals. The visits from the dining room manager (I believe he was the owner) and the chef, who asked us for our opinions, were particularly appreciated. Since the first time we went, it has been elected as the favorite restaurant in Arona.

I ate very well!! A nice, intimate place without too many frills but has everything necessary to make you feel at home! I had a vegan menu for lunch with an appetizer, a first course, and dessert, all delicious!! We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, very nice and it shows he puts passion into what he does! It’s a pleasant place. For starters we had the warm ricotta and the octopus, both were excellent. Unfortunately two fish mains were disappointing. We had the fried lake fish and the whitefish fillets, which were both rather tasteless. Service is excellent.

This was a last minute find and am I so pleased we were able to eat here without a reservation. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options in addition to everything on the menu being gluten free. That in itself is a true find in Italy. The food was delicious. We shared our dishes because each dish we ordered was interesting and different. An amazing find and I hope to be back since we don't live too far away.

Great experience. Everything on menu is gluten free. Delicious gluten free bread is served. This was a unique experience - some restaurants profess to be gluten free but provide very few options. Others are gluten free but the food doesn’t have the right flavors. This was the first time, I could eat like I used to before my gluten intolerance. The food was delicious, healthy and gluten free! You might easily miss this one just passing by. Should you enter the door, you will find a pleasant, wonderfully furnished little restaurant with a lot of smiles on the people's faces. You will not regret trying out a current lunch menu. You will probably meet the chef as well; an incredibly amiable person who usually visits every table, happy that you are enjoying yourself to the fullest.

I must preface that we hadn't made a reservation, but we gave it a shot; there were four of us, and fortunately, a table had just become available. The menu has a nearly unique offering that includes gluten-free and vegan options. The dishes spoke for themselves, and the taste then did the rest. Everything was balanced—flavors, aromas, textures. It's rare for everything to work so well together, and you can see that there's significant research and a desire to excel behind it. Not coincidentally, the entire staff was exceptional, friendly, well-trained, and SMILING (which is no longer a given). Then, the chef came to the tables at the end of the meal to talk to the guests—a rare occurrence that pleasantly surprised us! We hope to return to Arona soon, but we will definitely MAKE A RESERVATION (promise!) because we don't want to risk not being able to savor the delights of Paleosette again! Thank you, everyone!

Inclusive place for celiacs, lactose intolerant, and vegans. Welcoming and warm environment. Friendly, professional staff with special guys, smiling and cheerful. We were finally greeted by the sunny chef, with a truly appreciated thought on inclusivity! I’m celiac and my partner is not, but the gluten-free dishes won him over. We chose the daily menu, macaroni with walnut sauce, and then a tomino wrapped in speck and fried fish, spectacular! Since there's always room for dessert, we shared a delicious tiramisu! We will definitely return! :)

I should point out that we are neither celiac nor gluten intolerant, but we decided to try a lunch at Paleosettw during the week, choosing the fixed menu at €13.50. We had a great time! We tried the saffron rice, celentani with salmon, and chicken with green beans. Everything was cooked excellently, with perfect flavors and cooking! The homemade bread is very light and accompanies the dishes well. We will definitely return and recommend trying it (with reservation! The dining room is medium/small, and it was full!).

Fantastic dinner for Valentine's Day, we chose the dedicated menu. The bread was homemade, and I had two buns left over. I asked if I could take them away, and they added four more for me. Really kind service. The dessert they made was delicious. I recommend the restaurant, especially for those with celiac disease because there is no contamination, as they work with high-quality raw materials. Good price!

If I may give a small suggestion, I would increase the vegetarian options on the menu (as a vegetarian, I didn't have a huge selection). The service is extraordinary: friendly and professional. Very attentive service, delicious menu, they offer a completely gluten-free kitchen and even the bread is homemade! I had to make sure it was truly gluten-free because it tasted too good. The very kind owner gifted me a little bag of bread to warm up for the next day, it was delicious! I recommend the first courses made with homemade gluten-free pasta, great even for those without intolerance issues who can eat everything. I will definitely return :)

Delicious dishes! I must preface that we eat vegan and we were just passing by, so we didn't call ahead. Despite this, the staff went out of their way to prepare an alternative first course. The red rice pie was already on the menu and vegan: really good! The spaghetti with vegetables was also very tasty. Everything was good and the service was excellent. Very reasonable price! Despite the numerous diners, he managed to carve out moments to converse with each table, recommend dishes, and praise his staff (a practice that is unfortunately not very common).
