I went to this restaurant during a vacation in Abruzzo, and I believe it's the place where I felt the best, even though it is not part of the AIC circuit. Right from the reservation, they made a good impression on me: my companion was on the phone for a good five minutes because, when he mentioned my celiac disease, they explained in detail what in the menu was already gluten-free by default and what they could modify without risk of contamination. So, skip the fried fish because they have only one deep fryer, but I assure you that you won't be disappointed with the rest! All pasta dishes can be made gluten-free (they have spaghetti, which is the best and most versatile format in my opinion), and after ordering, they also brought me some bread. Even among the desserts, you will find gluten-free options: I appreciated the waitress's kindness who, before coming to our table, asked in the kitchen which desserts were suitable for me. That said, I was satisfied not only for the attention given to me but also for the quality of the food itself. Extremely fresh fish, cooked to perfection. I had a moment of personal triumph when my companion tasted my dish (we both ordered the same, only his was gluten-filled) and according to him, the sauce went better with my spaghetti! To conclude: excellent service, great attention to gluten-free options, and excellent dishes. Highly recommended!
