I stayed in this hotel and I can only express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had. From the very first moment, the welcome was simply fantastic: a kind, helpful, and always smiling staff that makes you feel at home right away. But the real strength, for me as a celiac, was the gluten-free kitchen: a true paradise! Rarely have I found such high attention to dietary needs, with dishes that are not only safe but also well-prepared, tasty, and creative. Every meal was a discovery and a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking relaxation, authentic hospitality, and special attention for those with food intolerances. I will definitely return.

We are a young couple, the stay was a delightful discovery for us! The room was beautiful and spacious with a splendid terrace and always kept clean with care. The beach is very close to the facility, convenient. The restaurant is what certainly makes the stay a dream for those who need a gluten-free diet; the food is varied and of quality, and the service is excellent; the staff has always been very kind. It will remain a nice memory!

The strong point of this hotel is certainly the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff, to whom I give a 10 and praise. Different dishes every day, and the focaccia is outstanding. It's a shame that the furnishings leave something to be desired; the structure needs some improvements. The hotel pool has water that is too cold to be used and is almost always in the shade; fortunately, there is the Belleviou pool, which is fantastic, although this year I found it a bit less well-kept than in previous years. The location is excellent, near the beach just a few steps from the hotel.

I have read many enthusiastic reviews, which I honestly do not share. A structure like this, in such a exquisitely touristy location, in 2025, is not acceptable. I would not want the excuse of gluten-free – which for people is a necessity and not a whim, let’s remember – to justify the shortcomings of a shabby, old, and poorly maintained hotel. Noisy, furniture falling apart, live mold stains on the wall, unusable smart TVs due to a Wi-Fi signal that appears sporadically and with embarrassing intensity. And with children in tow, since there's a lack of any form of dedicated area and/or entertainment during the hot post-lunch hours (or in the evening before going to bed), this would have been useful. The beach and sea are decent. The "included parking" is a parking spot on exposed dirt where you must hope that no one parks too close to be able to move. It's like parking in your own vegetable garden. The only real merit is the high-quality cuisine. It seriously seems that the food is what holds up the candle. One begins to seriously wonder how such a hotel is classified as 4 stars. Thank you and never again.

A stay I will remember fondly! The structure is clean, welcoming, and well-kept in details, but what really makes the difference is the attention to guests. For someone like me, who needs to follow a gluten-free diet, it was a real relief to feel completely safe, from breakfast to dinner. A heartfelt thank you to Antonella: with her professionalism, kindness, and care, she makes you feel not only attended to but also pampered. I never lacked anything and felt welcomed like family.

Thanks to Sara for her welcome, kindness, and courtesy, to the management, and to the wonderful staff in the restaurant. The gluten-free food was varied and delicious; compliments to the selection, preparation, and the chef. The animated evenings and excursions were top-notch. Thanks to Massimo Zoli for his initiative and for creating a corner of kindness, inclusion, and gluten-free professionalism. The hotel and pool were beautiful in terms of space and hospitality. The positive thing is the completely gluten-free food. Otherwise, it's very clean and the staff is polite, but the rooms are small with old furnishings. The hotel has a tiny pool and the larger one is in another hotel (always overcrowded). Good location but not central.

Our experience at the facility was undoubtedly outstanding. If I had to find a point for improvement, I would say that as a family of 5 members (2 adults and 3 minors), we did not have the opportunity to stay in a single room, which would have contained the expenses a bit more. Instead, we had to occupy two rooms on two different floors. Apart from this, I would say everything was excellent.

My family and I had a GREAT time here at the Fenice hotel, the food was exquisite, and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The only downside is the location, quite far from the center, and regarding the beach, it was very dirty with shells, but that is not the hotel's fault.

THE CELIAC PARADISE!!! The cuisine is superlative, with goodness of every kind, the desserts are better than a pastry shop, and everything is gluten-free!!!! The beach is very close to the hotel. Impeccable and meticulous cleaning of the rooms and common areas. The staff is very kind and friendly. We will definitely see each other again next year!!!

We had two pleasant weeks at this hotel. The gluten-free dishes were excellent, and there was a wide selection of meals. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. All the staff were friendly and well-organized.

My experience in the hotel was fantastic both in terms of the tranquility of the place and the food. Being a hotel for celiacs and offering food COMPLETELY gluten-free made me feel comfortable, and the food was of high quality. The focaccia was DELICIOUS, but so were the cakes and all the other culinary offerings. If you are or know someone who is celiac and want to eat well, I absolutely recommend it!! The staff is kind and helpful. A quality place and a paradise for those with celiac disease!

The staff is incredibly kind, always available, and smiling. The cuisine is stunningly gluten-free and very rich. For once, only those who eat gluten have a small reserved corner, not the other way around. It's wonderful for kids to have the opportunity to not feel 'different.' This is inclusion! Kudos to the chef and all the dining staff. The only downside: starting next week, a diet! Highly recommended.

5 stars well deserved!!! For celiacs, the Hotel La Fenice in Milano Marittima is definitely an excellent choice. Wide selection for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. If I hadn't known it was all gluten-free, I would have never realized it. The quality of the raw materials makes a difference, but even more so does the kitchen, where the passion, professionalism, and competence of those "behind the stove" are very important. Matteo and the receptionists are impeccable, always, and I emphasize always, very kind and helpful. Top!!!

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very kind, especially at reception. The sea is nearby without having to cross a road, and from the room you can see the sunrise over the sea. Most importantly, the food was excellent with a variety of choices, and being celiac I was able to eat everything without issues; the desserts were fantastic.
